“Box-style” exhausts have always been popular on Lambrettas, the first aftermarket concepts appeared on the market as early as the 1960s, under the name “Clubman”! Recently, these inconspicuous exhaust systems are rapidly replacing the expansion mufflers on Lambrettas.
The boom in this type of muffler has led Lambretta spare parts manufacturers to invest time and money to update them and make them better performing than ever! A great increase in performance is given both by the “U” made of cones, 50mm in diameter, and by the internal counter cone. These factors have the effect of significantly improving gas exchange in the cylinder.

The advantages that this type of sports exhaust system can offer are no secret! They are discreet and create a comfortable performance envelope. The mounting bracket, equipped with slots, allows easy mounting with any type of cylinder and crankshaft with altered stroke or connecting rod! The various reinforcements on the muffler body and the high temperature enamel painting give the Clubsport unparalleled resistance even in the most extreme use!
The Clubsport muffler takes the Clubman concept to the next level. The performances are reassuring and dynamic! It is in fact possible to obtain a maximum power value similar to that produced by expansion racing exhausts, while maintaining a Standard look!
