The legislation provides that the right of withdrawal be exercised only by individuals (consumers) acting for purposes that are unrelated to his business.

Il consumatore ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto entro il termine di 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, purché il prodotto sia integro, nell’imballo originale e completo di ogni suo accessorio compresi eventuali manuali.
Il diritto di recesso potrà essere fatto valere purché il bene non sia stato utilizzato.
Per poter esercitare il diritto di recesso, il consumatore deve informare la ditta SCOOTER THE FERO tramite e-mail info@scooterthefero.com, comunicando in modo inequivocabile la sua decisione di recedere dal contratto.
The goods must be returned to SCOOTER THE FERO (prior arrangement) no later than 14 days from the date of notice of withdrawal from the contract.
For return if possible use the original packaging with all accessories and items. If necessary, use a protective overpack. If the original packaging is no longer available, use a suitable packing such as to provide sufficient protection against transport damage.
Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente.
Al suo arrivo in sede il prodotto verrà esaminato e testato, nell’eventualità di manomissioni o danneggiamenti il recesso non potrà essere esercitato.
