What is needed to install the Lucas headlight on the Lambretta:
- Lucas type lighthouse
- Tampone faro Lucas
- Frame spark plug cable gland
- Spark plug cable rubber
- Black sheath (commercial)
Once the shield has been drilled and the Lucas light is positioned in the desired position, the two light cables will be connected:
- 1 cable will go directly to ground on the installation fastening to the shield;
- 1 cable, for ease of connection, will go to the YELLOW of the positions or to the BLUE of the high beams.
If you want independent operation of the Lucas headlight, you will need to connect it to an OLD STYLE pull/push switch for Lucas headlight.
To maintain a tidy and refined aesthetic we used cable gland and rubber for Lambretta models, modifying them slightly during assembly. Nothing prevents you from using commercial similar products.
